Born In Italy
During Chef Nick’s first trip to Italy, at just 15 years old, he ate the best pizza he ever had in his life and was determined to recreate the experience in his home town. After 17 years of hard work and determination Josephine’s opened it’s doors and specializes in authentic Italian pizza and family meals with a modern presentation. What really sets Josephine’s apart as pizzeria is the custom pizza oven.

We believe that pizzas are like fingerprints – every one is different. All of the dough used for Josephine’s pizza is kneaded by hand, and when it comes to ingredients we’re firm believers in quality over quantity. Sourced from local farms, you can taste a bit of Indiana, Pa in every bite.
